Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- During new drops, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. VIGIL is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, VIGIL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’ll do our best to assist you if needed.
International Shipping
At this time, VIGIL only ships within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
